How we use it

To operate BuildPilot: preparing takeoffs and tender packages, matching verified contractors to projects, delivering notifications you request, and improving the product. We do not sell personal data.

Document confidentiality

Project documents are private by default and shared only according to the visibility rules you and your tender settings define. Downloads use short-lived signed links.

Retention & deletion

Project and audit records are retained for contractual and legal purposes. You may request account deletion; some records are preserved where the law or an active contract requires it.
