The service
BuildPilot provides a procurement platform and related services (takeoff preparation, tender management, project tracking) for renovation and construction projects. BuildPilot is not a party to the construction contract between client and contractor unless expressly agreed in writing.
Accounts & workspaces
You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted by your workspace and for keeping credentials secure. Contractor verification reflects documents provided at review time and is not a guarantee of performance.
Bids & tenders
Submitted bids are confidential to the tendering client and BuildPilot. Deadlines are enforced by the platform. Attempting to access another party's confidential data is grounds for immediate suspension.
Documents
You retain ownership of uploaded documents and grant BuildPilot the licence needed to operate the service (storage, processing, controlled sharing per your settings).
Liability
The service is provided on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis. Statutory rights remain unaffected; a full limitation-of-liability clause will be added by counsel.
